1. There shall be the following classes of members:
    • Senior members
    • Junior members
    • Associate members
  2. Annual subscriptions affiliation fees shall become due in September. Club fees shall become due one month after approval at the AGM
  3. Any member whose:
    • Affiliation fees have not been paid by the end of September
    • Club fees have not been paid within one month of the AGM
    shall be liable to have their name removed from the list of members and will not be allowed to shoot at any of the Club tournaments or practices until all arrears have been paid in full
  4. Shooting shall be under the control of the Field Captain, Committee member or a responsible person approved by the Committee. shooting regulations of GNAS are to be observed at all times.
  5. All Club events and competitions shall be organised by the Committee.
  6. Members are to pay their own expenses for any competition.
  7. A nominal Target Fee, decided by the Committee, will be charged for all Club tournaments.
  8. Members may introduce visitors at Club practice and competitions , and shall be responsible for their behaviour. All visitors to be paid up members of GNAS and may be requested to produce membership cards.
  9. Anyone presenting a prize to the Club shall have the right to regulate the terms under which it shall awarded, subject to the approval of the Committee.
  10. All members shall assist, where possible, in the setting out and clearance of targets and other equipment at practice meetings and tournaments. 1
  11. Carbon arrows are permitted providing they are of the wound type. Straight fibre carbon arrows are only permitted to be used indoors.
  12. Compound bows are allowed in the club up to and including the unlimited class. (i.e. 6Olbs. Maximum, mechanical release aids permitted).
  13. New members on completion of an entry form and payment of a subscription fee set by the Committee will be given a course of instruction. On successful completion or the course, individuals who wish to continue must either join the Club and pay the appropriate fee or pursue their archery elsewhere.
  14. Membership for persons joining the Club after the 1st. July will run until September the following year.
  15. Associate members will have no voting rights.
  16. Smoking is banned from inside the Club premises
